These terms of use (“TOU”) apply to your purchase of products or services from Connect to Success Inc (“CTS”).  CTS reserves the right to change the TOU at any time, without notice.  The latest version of the TOU can be reviewed on this page.  If you continue to use this website after CTS posts changes to these TOU, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms. Please read this section carefully to understand the TOU.

Description of Services and Products
Through its website, CTS provides you with access to various resources, including communication and information through the website (“Information”) and purchase of products and services (“Products”).   Information and Products are subject to the TOU.

Warranties
THIS WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  THE INFORMATION FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND CTS AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXPECTATIONS OF PRIVACY OR INFRINGEMENT.

CTS AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS OF THIS WEB-SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS WEB-SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES. CTS AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE INFORMATION IN THIS WEB-SITE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. 

Limitation of Liabilities
IN NO EVENT SHALL CTS AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CTS AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THESE TOU, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Return Policy
Any Product that is returned for a cash refund must be in the original packaging, undamaged and resalable.  A restocking fee will also apply for all returned Products.  You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning Product.

In situations in which physical attempt to deliver a package is unsuccessful due to vendor shipping beyond our control we reserve the right to replace your order with a digital version equal to your order to satisfy your purchase.

 

Cancellations
Requests for cancellation of any monthly billing must be in writing and mailed to Connect To Success, Inc. at 621 2nd Avenue, Suite 2, New York City, New York 10016.  You may decide to cancel at any time, but charges will not be prorated.  You must cancel before your billing date in order to avoid a charge for the following month.
Words to Millions Memberships, Conversations with Millionaires Monthly Memberships and Entrepreneur Held Hostage Memberships must be cancelled either by mail to the address listed above or on-line.  To cancel your membership on-line, you must log into the customer service area at www.MikeLitman.com/support.html or email customer service at customerservice@mikelitman.com

Coaching Program Memberships must be cancelled by mail to the address listed above or by e-mail to JJ@MikeLitman.com.  Coaching Memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, Coaching Membership fees are nonrefundable.  If you are not actively participating in your Coaching Membership, including but not limited to coaching sessions, then CTS will offer you a thirty (30) day courtesy period to fully engage in your Coaching Membership. If you fail to reengage within this thirty (30) day period, then your Coaching Membership will be deemed cancelled.

Bank Check Policy
A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be charged if your check payment is returned to CTS for any reason (i.e., insufficient funds, account closing, etc.).  CTS assumes no responsibility for fees, charges or any other penalty that may be imposed by your bank as a result of an unpaid check.

No Unlawful Use
By using the Information and Products, you agree that you will not use the Information or Products for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these TOU.  You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations from the United States or the country in which you reside.

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

For each visit to its website, CTS only collects your IP address in order to monitor website traffic.  CTS does not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to CTS.  You voluntarily provide your e-mail address when you submit information through the web-site.  For example, CTS collects your e-mail address when you complete online web forms, communicate with CTS by e-mail.  It is completely optional for you to participate in the foregoing.  

The information CTS collects is used to improve the content of its website, to notify you about updates to its website and for marketing purposes that target your specific needs.  CTS does not use cookies to retrieve information from your computer.

We do not share, rent or sell any personal information about you to any third parties.  We do not share, rent or sell your e-mail address or any other contact information to third parties.  CTS will not disclose any personal information about you except when you give authorization, or when CTS is required to do so by law.

Periodically, CTS may send you information regarding products, services or upcoming events through direct mailings or e-mails.  If you do not want to be included on CTS’s marketing lists, you may opt out through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails, by sending an e-mail to customerservice@mikelitman.com or by mail to Connect To Success, Inc. at 621 2nd Avenue, Suite 2, New York City, New York 10016 stating that you do not want to be included on CTS’s marketing list. 

Other third party web-sites may be accessed through CTS’s web-site.  The privacy practices of third party web-sites are not covered by CTS’s privacy statement and CTS is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other third party web-sites.

CTS does not claim ownership of materials you provide to CTS, including testimonials regarding any product or service for review by visitors of the web-site (“Testimonial”).  However, by posting a Testimonial you are granting CTS permission to use your Testimonial in connection with promoting its products and services on the web-site.  You will not be compensated for your Testimonial and CTS is not required to use your Testimonial. CTS may remove your Testimonial at any time.

By using the web-site, you consent to the collection of information as outlined in this Privacy Statement.  CTS reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time.
